What we store

• The question you type, if the reading requires one.
• Your star sign, or birth date, time and place for the personal horoscope.
• The reading created for you.
• Amount, reading and payment status.
• Email address, only if you choose to give it.

If you create an account

• The email and password you log in with (the password is stored encrypted).
• Which readings belong to the account, so you can find them under “My readings” and collect stamps on your loyalty card.
• Your invitation code, and who invited whom. This is only used to give free readings when a friend buys their first reading. Only the two of you can see the link.

The legal basis is our agreement with you to provide the account and its benefits. If you delete your account, the invitation code and links are removed at the same time.

What we don't do

We don't require an account for single purchases. We don't sell data, and we don't use it for profiling or advertising. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider – they never reach Orakelet. The Destiny Matrix and couple matrix preview are calculated on your own device, and the birth dates are not sent to us.

How long

Questions, birth details and readings are deleted automatically 30 days after purchase. Purchase information without personal data is kept for accounting.

Delete right away

On your result page you'll find the button “Delete my details now”. It removes the question, birth details and reading immediately and permanently.

Cookies

Orakelet uses no cookies for tracking, analytics or marketing, so we show no consent banner. If that changes, we'll ask you first.

Automated content

Interpretations are generated automatically by a language model. The text you submit is used to create your answer, not to train models.
